I'm going to fast track past me being absent for nearly two months, because CLEARLY there is no need to discuss such things. So being as though writing is my passion and I sent out a mass email about this blog when it was created, I feel the need (and the nagging voices of friends) to get back into the groove of blogging. So....I'm back!
So everyday, I always have a story, there is always something crazy happening in my life that is worthy of telling others. Whether it be about the homeless lady in Penn Station with a Louis Vuitton bag slung over her chest begging me for change (where clearly she had enough for that bag...knockoff or not) or the old ass man on the PATH train trying to preserve his youth in thuggish attire blasting T-Pain from his Blackberry on a train full of commuters (ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS). There is always something, and you know what....I love it, I really do.

My Blackberry Bold is taking me places...
So yesterday, I'm chilling with my cousin from B-More and his gorgeous model friend Justice Rose and we were a little tipsy from those huge ass Margaritas from Dallas BBQ-cheap, finger-licking good food and huge drinks that will get you saucy off of one...my kind of place. So anywho, we're standing on the subway platform and this man in a uniform who CLEARLY was on something, started blurting out pure foolishness, loud and obnoxiously while pacing back and forth. The 3 train couldn't come fast enough. He must have take a liking to Justice or even my cousin (how u doin) because he just kept gravitating to where we were standing. It made me uncomfortable, and yes I was clutching my invisible pearls. So as we are inching our way down the platform, Justice and all her fabulousness beauty runs into this pretty dapper man waiting for the train. He obviously knew she was a 1. tourist (because of her camera) and 2. model (because she is gorgeous), so OF COURSE, he threw on the NY swagger and charm and struck up a conversation. After a few minutes he realized that he didnt introduce himself to me or my cousin, so he did, and me being the hustler that I am (Everyday I'm hustling by Rick Ross is the sound byte thats playing right now) I asked what he did and when he informed me that he had a Marketing/Promotions company you know I was like Kevin Federline when he met Britney Spears...I saw an opportunity. So I pulled out my favorite item right now, my Blackberry Bold (yes, I'm moving on up) and we exchanged info. And once I saw that he had the same exact Blackberry as me...I knew I was in good company. Or in the presence of a mover and shaker, OR maybe just another person trying to make it to the top like me. Either way I made a new connect and I'm going to see what he's about, 'cause I'm trying to live fancy.
Yesterday was just another day in my life of being a squirrel trying to get a nut in the glitz and glamour of the fashion world. Because there is no reason....no reason AT ALL that the homeless lady in the wheelchair in dirty pink socks has a Louis Vuitton and I dont! It's unacceptable. My Blackberry Bold is taking me places and lets hope you're along for the ride.
