Oh....Am I Fabulous?

Have you ever had an impeding appointment to link up with a long lost friend, an ex boyfriend or old college friend for a reunited and it feels so good moment? And aside from the nerves of how the "meeting" will play out, all you can seem to think about is what you're going to wear. You need something that oozes of fabulousness to the point where you want them to die (not literally) because need them alive to appreciate how fabulous you look. You want them to know that 'yes I missed you, but I'm still fabulous nonetheless'.

So when such an occasion presents itself....what do you wear? If you're like me, you may ponder over this for a day or two, analyze what is in your closet, maybe try on a couple of things until you find the one. The one outfit that makes you have to check yourself in the mirror like, 'Oh, I'm sorry...am I fabulous?' Because you know if you have to do that, then the person you're meeting up with has to be in a state of awe...right? I'm a jeans and heels type of girl, but sometimes a dress is a necessity in situations like this (this is where a DVF in my damn closet would come in handy), especially when it comes to"linking up with an ex". This is where the mantra 'yes I missed you, but I'm still fabulous nonetheless' should be repeated over and over in your head, so you walk in there confident and fabulous with Beyonce's 'Freakum Dress' playing as the soundtrak in her head. Sooooo....what should I wear?
